This website and shop are operated by Made in Mount Florida, an independent maker based in Scotland, United Kingdom. Products are designed, assembled, and sold directly by the owner as a small independent business.

2. Products

Each lamp is assembled by hand. Minor variations in finish or appearance may occur and are considered part of the handmade nature of the product.

Product photographs are representative but colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£). Payments are securely processed via Stripe. Payment details are not stored or processed directly by this website.

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped using third-party courier services. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier performance, or circumstances outside our control.

A contact phone number may be required for delivery purposes and will only be used for shipping and fulfilment.

5. Returns & Refund Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, returned in its original packaging, and include all supplied components.

How to request a return: Please email hello@madeinmountflorida.co.uk including your order number and reason for return. Return instructions will then be provided.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. Where appropriate, a repair, replacement, or refund will be offered in accordance with UK consumer rights.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, cancellation must follow the returns process described above.

8. Limitation of Liability

Products are intended for normal indoor use only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Made in Mount Florida shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from misuse, modification, or improper handling of the product.

Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights under UK law.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, product designs, images, and branding are the property of Made in Mount Florida and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

10. Privacy

Customer information is collected only for the purpose of processing orders, shipping products, and customer communication. Payment information is handled securely by Stripe and is never stored on this website.

Personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfil orders, such as courier services.
